The Crow Collection of Asian Art has designed special tours to guide your class on it’s journey through the arts and cultures of Asia in our museum. We invite you to explore these tours and bring Asia alive for your students

A brief introduction to the art of Japan, China and Southeast Asia by viewing selected objects in the permanent collection.

Animals in Asian Art (Grades 1-6)
Animals are a beloved subject matter in all forms of Asian Art. Students will examine the images and actions of animals in the Crow Collection.

Nature in Asian Art (Grades 1-6)
Nature in Asian Art is an exploration of natural forms and artists interpretations of these elements. Students will become familiar with the different natural environments in Asian art.

Art and the Art of Writing in Asia (Grades 4-12)
Students will explore different stylistic aspects of Japanese art and writing, which is an art form in itself. This program will include an introduction to Calligraphy.
