To schedule a tour at the Crow Collection of Asian Art, download a Tour Request form and email it to the Director of Interpretation and Community Engagement at education@crowcollection.org or call (214) 979-6435. Guided tours must be scheduled three weeks in advance.

The following information is needed to complete your request:

• Name
• E-mail
• Daytime Phone Number
• Institution (if applicable)
• Mailing Address
• Requested Tour Date(s) and Time(s)
• Docent or self-guided tour
• Number of adults/students in group*
• Grade level of students in group
• Request for bus subsidy (if required)
• *All K-12 student tours require one adult chaperone for every fifteen children.

Before Your Visit

Please remind students that touching works of art is not permitted. All drinks, lunches, and large bags and backpacks are not permitted in the galleries and are to be left on the bus during their visit. All tour participants are welcome to use our free educational resources as activities in the classroom to prepare for their visit to the Crow Collection.

Upon Arrival

Please meet your tour guides in the lobby of the museum at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. All buses may drop off in front of the museum on Flora Street and may wait in the West End area until time to pick up students. Tours last approximately 45 to 55 minutes.

Please discourage students from bringing lunches or back packs into the museum as these are not allowed in the galleries. Students are welcome to lunch before or after their tour in the Trammell Crow Center Plaza and Sculpture Garden located behind the museum.
